The Villa Beach is available for weekly rentals during the summer season from June until Labour Day. The rest of the year the Villa Beach is available for weekly or daily rentals. The Villa beach is a luxury cottage that allows our guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the area with all the comforts of home. We have four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably. Each of the four bedrooms of all been renovated over the last couple of years and have all new furniture and high quality mattresses to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay and new stainless steel appliances, pots pans and dishes. The living room has been renovated this spring and features new hardwood floors leather sofas and a 42 inch plasma TV with satellite. There is a large deck just off the living room overlooking our private beach and the Farlain Lake there are two barbecues on the deck one propane and one charcoal. We have one of the few level lots on Fairlane Lake with a clean sandy beach and a new boat dock this makes our property ideal for families with small children as the water on our beach is very clear and shallow with the gradual drop off. Our cottage is also equipped with a kayak and numerous water toys for your use.
